Location: Red Lodge, MT

A Registered Nurse working in concert with the Trauma Medical Director, Acute Care Nursing Leadership, and the Acute Care Nursing Team, with responsibility for organization of services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach to care for the injured patient.

This role requires active participation in clinical care by fulfilling a minimum of two clinical shifts in the Acute Care department and on-call expectations of a full- time staff member in the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Current Montana RN Licensure, or eligible
• At least 2 years of emergency care experience
• Must maintain ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications.
• Willingness to become a Certified Emergency Nurse within 2 years of hire.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week (mixed clinical and administrative work)
• Regular call; typically, 4 call shifts per 8-week schedule
• Must fulfill two clinical shifts (night shift, mid shift, or day shift clinical shifts) each week in addition to 15 hours of administrative work.

Compensation:

• $32.66 - $39.19 per hour DOE
• Eligible for a $7,500 Stay Bonus
