The Home Care/Hospice registered nurse acts as the facilitator, coordinator, advocate, educator, and skilled caregiver for patients and families in both the Home Care and Hospice caseloads. The HC/H nurse must be proficient in the delivery and teaching of nursing care and in end-of-life care including pain and symptom management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Montana RN Licensure, or eligible
• One year of nursing experience required
• CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Current Montana driver’s license and the ability to be insured to operate motor vehicles

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40hrs/wk
• Monday - Friday

Compensation

• Starting wage: $30.04 - $36.05/hr. (dependent on relatable work experience)
